At Digits Nail Arts, we carefully inspect and pack every order to ensure your Press-On Nails reach you in perfect condition. Because our products are made for personal use and hygiene reasons, we accept returns and refunds only in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective.
Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- Your order arrives damaged.
- The product is defective or has a manufacturing issue.
- You received a product that is significantly different from what you ordered.
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used, applied, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind after placing an order.
- Incorrect nail size selected by the customer.
- Incorrect shape or length selected by the customer.
- Nails that do not fit due to incorrect measurements.
- Personal preference or dissatisfaction with the design.
- Damage caused after the product has been used or applied.
- Improper application, removal, or storage.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Products damaged due to customer handling.
We strongly recommend using our Nail Sizing Guide or purchasing a Sizing Kit before ordering to ensure the best possible fit.
3. Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the damaged or defective product.
- A short description of the issue.
- Any other information requested by our team.
Our team will review the issue and determine whether the order qualifies for a replacement or refund.
4. Time Limit for Reporting Issues
Any damaged or defective product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
5. Refund Process
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will inform you about the next steps.
If a refund is approved, the amount will be refunded through the original payment method, wherever applicable. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
6. Replacement
Depending on the nature of the issue, Digits Nail Arts may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement availability may depend on stock and the specific product involved.
7. Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of your order within 3 hours of placing the order.
After 3 hours, the order may already be under processing or prepared for dispatch, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
8. Incorrect Size Selection
Digits Press-On Nails are available in different sizes and shapes. Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size before placing an order.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges because of incorrect size selection.

9. Product Care
Once the product has been delivered, proper application, removal, and care are the customer’s responsibility.
To protect your natural nails and prolong the life of your Press-On Nails:
- Follow the recommended application instructions.
- Avoid excessive exposure to water immediately after application.
- Do not force or pull the nails off during removal.
- Store reusable nails properly after removal.
Damage resulting from improper use or care is not eligible for a refund.
